Requirements: Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar role; Excellent knowledge of the local area, including attractions, events, and activities; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach; Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus; High school diploma; degree in hospitality or relevant field preferred
