Position: Concierge job
About: Cedarhurst, a regional healthcare provider and true friend of older adults, is seeking a service-minded, career-oriented individual to join their team as a Concierge at Cedarhurst of La Vista community. The role involves delivering personalized assistance and outstanding customer service to residents, staff, and visitors, along with supporting clerical tasks in the Business Office.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare, hospitality, or similar setting preferred; CPR or BLS certification preferred. Proficiency in Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox), Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and any HR related systems if applicable.
