As the first point of contact, the Concierge plays a vital role in welcoming visitors, managing calls, and providing essential community information to support marketing and sales efforts. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and strong organizational abilities; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
