Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; proven experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new applications; organized record keeper
