About: Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Concierge/Receptionist to join their team. The role involves administrative support duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and monitoring security systems to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Responsibilities include handling service requests, maintaining cleanliness at the front desk, managing resident sign-in/out logs, and attending in-services and staff meetings.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience in administration functions; professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks; willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; must attend required in-services and meetings
