The Concierge is the primary point of personal contact for guests seeking information, service, assistance and recommendations while visiting the Property.
Requirements: On-site -San Francisco, CA; High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times; Knowledge of building management and security protocols; Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; Strong problem-solving skills; Familiarity with digital communication channels and technology
