The Concierge is the primary point of personal contact for guests seeking information, service, assistance, and recommendations while visiting the Property.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; deep experience in customer service roles; ability to maintain high standards of guest service; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with building management protocols; willingness to engage guests and promote property services; completion of all training programs
