About: Downtown Dog Lounge is Seattle’s premier dog boarding and daycare center with two locations in South Lake Union and Ballard. They pride themselves on delivering peace of mind in a safe environment by caring for every dog as their own.
Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; prior customer service or retail experience preferred; must be 18 years of age; experience working with dogs ideal; outstanding attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through; multitasking abilities balancing professionalism and expediency; troubleshooting skills; focus on customer retention and improving satisfaction; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; goal-oriented; strong computer skills; ability to lift 45 pounds; able to stand for 8 hours; flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
