Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; Proven experience in a customer service role with demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Ability to work Weekend AM Shifts (Sat & Sunday 8am-4pm)
