About: Marriott is seeking a Concierge to act as the go-to resource for guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Responsibilities include offering information on local features, making travel arrangements, assisting with services, handling special requests, maintaining guest inquiries logbook, and building relationships with local vendors and service providers.
Requirements: Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar role; excellent knowledge of the local area; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus; high school diploma, degree in hospitality or relevant field preferred
