Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Prior experience as a Concierge or similar role in a luxury residential or hotel setting; Basic knowledge of building systems and computers preferred; Multi-lingual fluency is a plus; Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making, organizational skills; High attention to detail; Ability to multitask, adapt, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
