Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of Concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort; excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; extensive knowledge of the local area, attractions, and establishments; strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and adjust to changing conditions; proficiency in computer programs like Opera and HotSOS preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
