Position: Concierge job
About: Norfolk Sheraton located at 777 Waterside Drive in Norfolk, VA 23510 is seeking a Concierge to provide guests with an excellent experience throughout their stay. Atrium SPIRIT promotes teamwork, passion, and appreciation to deliver service excellence.
Requirements: Six (6) months prior Customer Service experience; Hospitality industry experience preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Valid state driver’s license and adherence to all company guidelines regarding moving violations; Ability to use computers and computer systems for data entry or information processing; Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs rarely and 15lbs occasionally; Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of scheduled shifts; Effective communication and interaction with guests; Flexible availability for days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
