About: Commonwealth Senior Living at Leigh Hall, a senior living community, is seeking a reliable and professional Concierge to be the front-of-house for all external stakeholders and guests. The main responsibility is to assist the Community Leadership Team in ensuring smooth administrative activities and maintaining good public relations through courteous and professional interactions with guests, visitors, and vendors.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; prior experience working with the public; basic computer skills preferred; comfortable with a multi-line telephone system; good physical and mental health; interest in geriatric population; ability to work independently and follow instructions; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal tactfully with various individuals; maintain confidentiality; attend mandatory meetings and training sessions; remain calm in emergency situations; cooperative and enthusiastic approach to work.
