Position: Concierge job
About: Under the direction of the Lead Concierge, Baystate Health is looking for a dedicated Concierge to maintain a high level of service excellence by assisting patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, facilitating their flow within the facility, and ensuring a positive experience overall. The role involves providing information, directions, and assistance to individuals, maintaining customer service and safety standards, and interacting with patients and visitors effectively.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field with proven customer service skills; GED or HiSET required
