Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week; excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism; ability to resolve minor problems courteously and professionally; effective communication skills; proficiency in using and learning new computer software; team-oriented with the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
