Position: Concierge job
About: The Concierge position at Aimbridge Hospitality involves providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure. The main responsibilities include engaging guests in conversation, resolving guest issues, and providing information on city events and attractions. The Concierge also collaborates with Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van departments as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; clear communication skills; ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; effective problem-solving skills; ability to work well in high-pressure situations; adept at handling workplace problems; strong listening and interpersonal skills; familiarity with financial information and basic arithmetic functions; composure under pressure
