Position: Concierge job
About: Century Park Associates is currently seeking a Concierge for their front desk operations in accordance with all laws, regulations, and company standards. The Concierge provides customer service and reception to residents and families, serving as the first point of contact in the front lobby area and reporting to the Business Office Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); proficiency with office machines (fax, copier/scanner); excellent customer service and hospitality skills
