Position: Concierge job
About: Claiborne Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff members at our healthcare facility in Baton Rouge, LA. This role serves as the face of the community and assists with various tasks to ensure a comfortable living experience for all under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; availability to work weekends and holidays; friendly and positive attitude
