Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with being an organized record keeper; Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Full-time availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
