The Resort at Paws Up is seeking a Guest Experience Concierge to enhance their team, focusing on cultivating a fulfilling and memorable guest experience based on preferences before and during the stay.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED or vocational training preferred; minimum 2 years of customer service experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and keyboard skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized; friendly and professional demeanor under high demands with guests and team members; valid State Driver’s License
