About: Norfolk Sheraton, located at 777 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510, is seeking a Concierge to join their team. Atrium SPIRIT fosters teamwork, passion, and appreciation to deliver excellent service to guests.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; six (6) months prior Customer Service experience; Hospitality industry experience preferred; Valid state driver’s license and adherence to company guidelines regarding moving violations; Ability to effectively communicate and interact with guests; Flexible to work varied schedules including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
