Requirements: Strong customer service background in Medical Office, Hospital, Call Centers, Retail, Hospitality, etc.; MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Must be a team player with a positive attitude; Excellent communicator and well organized; Computer knowledge
