Position: Concierge job
About: This luxury cruise ship is seeking a dedicated and friendly Concierge to provide exceptional service to guests onboard. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering personalized experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay on the ship.
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor; Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of cruise ship operations and destinations is an asset; Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems; Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus; Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
