Requirements: High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients; Assist with social media; Answer incoming calls and route as appropriate; Support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Executive Director; Customer service contact for questions and concerns; Ensure clean and presentable office space at all times; Assist with all special projects; Availability to work weekends and holidays; Professional appearance and background are required; Exceptional verbal and written skills; Ability to work as a positive team member; Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
