Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred; customer-centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow-through; ability to work independently and with a team; ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members; strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of the city and local transportation options; technically savvy with smartphones and computers; computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office
