Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent; two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community preferred; excellent customer service skills; able to operate a personal computer and proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.); possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various individuals; must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
