Position: Concierge job
About: The Charleston Place, a luxury hotel and resort in Charleston, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Concierge to join their team. The establishment aims to provide exceptional guest experiences and uphold high levels of guest satisfaction in a luxury and quality environment, operating round-the-clock to ensure top-notch service and assistance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred and/or equivalent experience; at least two years of related experience required in a luxury hotel or resort environment; proficient experience in INFOR and Alice preferred; ability to function well in a high-paced environment; experienced in client-facing roles; strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction; ability to work varying shifts including morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
