Requirements: High school diploma and/or completed commercial training with a focus on customer service; 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer service-oriented, luxury industry such as 5* hotels; Automotive industry experience, preferred; Bilingual (English and Spanish); Ability to deal with stressful situations; Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation, assertiveness and a high degree of service awareness; Ability to take ownership of customers’ needs, multi-tasking, and time management; Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods of time; Schedule: Flexibility to work during the week and on Saturdays until 8 pm
