Position: Concierge job
About: The community is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact, providing top-notch customer service to residents. The role involves a variety of tasks, requiring strong prioritization, multitasking, creativity, initiative, and a diverse skill set. The ideal Concierge brings positivity to interactions, resolves issues efficiently, and ensures all individuals feel welcomed and valued.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of customer service, sales, and/or hospitality experience; prior front desk support experience preferred; prior concierge and/or event planning experience preferred
