Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; excellent time management and prioritization skills; computer experience required; warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; problem-solving abilities; ability to maintain confidentiality and show initiative; must be proactive and attentive to guest and operational needs; must be able to handle and solve problems effectively and efficiently
