About: Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is seeking a dedicated Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to suiteholders and guests at American Family Field. The concierge will play a vital role in enhancing the fan experience by assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant visit to the ballpark.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 or more years of experience in customer service or related field; exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills; prior hospitality experience preferred
