Position: Concierge job
About: Functions in the area of guest services. Responsible for taking care of the individual needs of the guest. Must be available for almost any kind of assistance a representative of the hotel can give. Each guest will receive VIP treatment from the Concierge.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve guest issues effectively; familiarity with emergency procedures; knowledge of transportation services and local attractions; experience in concierge services preferred; ability to work flexible hours; attention to detail and organizational skills
