About: Senior Lifestyle is currently seeking a Medical Office Assistant to serve as a Concierge, responsible for greeting residents, providing general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families, utilizing proper telephone skills, preparing department schedules for continuous coverage, being on call to address unforeseen scheduling emergencies, and overseeing resident and property safety through surveillance monitoring. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a medical office setting preferred; excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills; ability to manage schedules effectively; proficiency in monitoring surveillance cameras
