Position: Concierge Guide
About: SCAD – Savannah College of Art and Design is seeking a Concierge Guide to enhance the SCAD experience for students, alumni, and families by providing assistance, resources, and information about various aspects of SCAD. This role involves analyzing data, referring students to appropriate departments, scheduling appointments, and ensuring student satisfaction and well-being. The Concierge Guide will also supervise student staff, provide training, and participate in office hours and SCAD Signature Events on behalf of SCADcares.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; at least one year of related professional experience. Preferred qualifications include hospitality, customer service, or student-facing experience, and counseling or conflict resolution experience. Must have a valid driver’s license.
