Position: Concierge – Greeeter
About: PeaceHealth is seeking a Concierge for a Part Time, 0.70 FTE, Evening position at their facility. The role involves providing excellent customer service, facility information, and directions to guests and ensuring their needs are met. The position also includes standing in the lobby to greet guests, patients, employees, and vendors, acting as a resource for lobby volunteers, giving clear directions, and supporting various tasks to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work independently or as part of a team; basic computer skills required; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to give clear, concise directions
