Position: Concierge – Full Time
About: The Palms Casino Resort is currently seeking a Hotel Concierge to provide a wide range of services and recommendations to hotel guests, with a focus on Palms amenities, venues, and experiences, as well as nearby attractions. The ideal candidate thrives in an interactive environment and acts as an ambassador of Guest Experience at Palms, demonstrating a strong sense of professionalism and alignment with the resort’s goals and priorities.
Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age; Minimum 1 year experience preferred in a similar role in the Vegas market; Ability to effectively communicate in English; Outstanding guest service skills; Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; Ability to meet or exceed goals and excel in customer service standards; Comfortable exchanging names with customers; Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Proficient in using computers and calculators; Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
