Position: Concierge – Full Time

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent; Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community; Excellent customer service skills; Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.); Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders; Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests; Compliance with health and safety protocols related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases as per regulatory guidelines
