Position: Concierge FT
About: Functions in the area of guest services. Responsible for taking care of the individual needs of the guest. Must be available for almost any kind of assistance a representative of the hotel can give. Each guest will receive VIP treatment from the Concierge.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of hotel operations and services; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; familiarity with emergency procedures; availability to work from 7am to 11pm daily; extensive knowledge of the city and surrounding area; experience in the hospitality industry preferred; ability to work well with management and fellow employees; proficiency in recommending and arranging tour itineraries
