Requirements: Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time; Constantly operates a computer with extensive keyboard typing; Occasionally moves around the office to access files or machinery; Occasionally bends, twists, lifts, and carries items up to 25 pounds; Effective communication in person, over the phone, and via email. Work Environment: Climate-controlled office setting with typical office sounds; May encounter communicable diseases and biological hazards, requiring PPE use. Communication Skills: Ability to receive and carry out instructions verbally or in writing; Effective communication in person, over the phone, or via email; Basic writing and proofreading skills. Organization/Self-Management Skills: Ability to work according to procedures with interruptions; Problem recognition and escalation when necessary. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite. Training: Completion of state-required training such as CPR, Food Handlers, and CEU credits.
