Position: Concierge for Skilled Nursing
About: Sunrise Senior Living at The Quadrangle is seeking a Concierge to join their team. This role involves providing excellent hospitality, being the first point of contact for all visitors, managing calls, and supporting marketing and sales efforts by sharing community information. The ideal candidate will have experience in a skilled nursing environment and as a Medical Records Clerk/Concierge.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; proven customer service experience with excellent organizational and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong record-keeping skills
