Position: Concierge Floater
About: Community Management, Inc. (CMI) AAMC is a homegrown, locally owned, full-service management company providing management services for homeowner associations throughout Oregon and SW Washington for the past 52 years. We are looking to fill the part-time Concierge Floater role, serving three high-rise condominiums in the downtown Portland area, specifically the South Waterfront and Pearl Districts. This position covers vacations, callouts, and extended leaves with no guaranteed hours but offers open shifts without any requirement to accept a shift. The sites are conveniently located near public transportation stops/hubs and do not have onsite parking provided.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hospitality or customer service experience; Must be at least 18 years old to accept alcohol deliveries; Quick and accurate keyboard strokes with a minimum of 40 WPM; Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; Passion for delivering exceptional customer service; Polished appearance and skill set focused on maintaining client relationships; Ability to manage all facets of the concierge desk; Capacity to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment; Working knowledge of MS Outlook/Word/Excel and excellent organizational and time management skills; Successful completion of the interview process and pre-employment requirements; CMI participates in E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer
