Position: Concierge Customer Service Representative
About: Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in the Los Angeles Market, based out of Torrance! This is not a security or front desk position, but more of a customer experience position. Must have experience in specialized customer service roles. The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role provides Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner, partnering with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. Requirements: 2+ years customer service experience; Solid and accurate data entry skills; Strong communication and time management skills; Competency in Microsoft Office software; High attention to detail and organization abilities; Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks
