Position: Concierge – Culver City
About: Holland Partner Group is looking for a dedicated Concierge to greet visitors and residents of the property, providing exceptional customer support and information about the community. The Concierge represents the company in a professional and friendly manner, offering various services and maintaining strong communication with residents and management.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree or related coursework preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience required; minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Excellent communication and organizational abilities; intermediate to advanced computer literacy; basic office organizational skills; ability to deal well with people and develop positive rapport; strong diplomacy and customer service orientation; good verbal and written communication skills; independent decision-making ability; basic to intermediate mathematical functions; initiative and resourcefulness. Attendance: Ability to work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year; on-call availability required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds. Equipment: Proficiency in using basic office equipment including computer, telephone, facsimile, and photocopier; may need to provide or use a vehicle for property transportation. Other Requirements: Wear appropriate maintenance uniform; strong customer service orientation; hearing and visual ability for emergency situations; fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
