Position: Concierge Condominium
About: Join a great team at The Blatz Condominiums. Ogden & Company, Inc. is hiring for Concierge positions at The Blatz Condominiums in downtown Milwaukee. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Concierge supports the residents of the Blatz Condominiums. Great Opportunity for students, retirees, and anyone looking to get into the property management business.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; excellent communication skills and an ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional tone at all times; organizational skills and a methodical approach to dealing with the varied needs of the guests; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle situations with sensitivity and tact; professionalism; ability to maintain a courteous businesslike manner when interacting with outside contacts and other employees; ability to use good judgment; The ability to work: Sunday 8 am to 1 pm, Monday 5 pm to midnight, Friday 5 pm to midnight, In addition, there may be one or two Saturdays a month from 5 pm to midnight
