Position: Concierge – Casual Hire (Pearl City)

About: At The Plaza, located in an Assisted Living community, our Concierge plays a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality, serving as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the Plaza community. The Concierge greets potential residents, families, and visitors, handles both internal and external calls, and conveys messages efficiently. Additionally, the Concierge offers detailed information about the community to support marketing and sales endeavors.

Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; Proven experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with strong organizational skills; Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and a willingness to learn new applications
