Position: Concierge – Casual Hire (Pearl City)
About: The Plaza is seeking a Concierge to join their community. The Concierge serves as the initial point of contact for all visitors to provide exceptional hospitality and support the marketing and sales efforts by sharing community information.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; Proven experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; Good judgment, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and organized record-keeping skills; Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
