Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of experiencing performing concierge or guest relations work activities; previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities with attention to detail; ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
