About: An upscale hotel in a prime location, seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to provide exceptional assistance and information to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Prior customer service experience required, prior Front Desk or hospitality experience preferred; Able to work varied schedules including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends; Must possess attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Basic mathematical and calculator skills; Ability to stand and move continuously; Must be able to represent the company professionally and courteously; Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs.
