About: This position is for an EV Concierge Advisor working remotely. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, marketing, and sales support to current and potential EV owners in a Customer Experience EV Concierge Call Center setting. The job entails assisting customers with product inquiries, discussing charging options, handling reservations and orders, setting up dealership appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized solutions.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service-related profession and call center environment; Computer navigation and typing proficiency, 40 WPM; Strong reading comprehension, oral and written communication skills; A positive self-starter with strong work ethic, deadline orientation, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Friendly and helpful attitude
